Together we are facing a truly unprecedented situation that is affecting our families, team members, communities and you whom are also our valued clients. The global Covid-19 virus has prompted our team to raise our standards and do business in a much different way.
The Taming Tangles Family wanted to reach out to you and let you know that we are still here and to tell you what to expect and how we will be providing our services.
First and foremost, our hearts are with anyone who has been impacted by the virus both directly and indirectly. Our appreciation goes out to all people who are helping and especially heath care workers who have put themselves at the front lines to help others in need despite the risks.
For you and our team, we have a dedicated a leadership person who is always collecting the latest news and the most effective way to work safely around the risks of the virus including following the Safety Guidelines.
We want everyone to know that we have extended appointment times to allow for increased sanitation/disinfecting between clients. As of right now we will only have 1-2 stylists on at a time and would appreciate it if you only have family members come who are needed to keep the number of people in the salon below 10. We have removed toys from the play area that are not easy to sanitize/disinfect between clients. We have a table as soon as you enter the salon and ask that you use the hand sanitizer available to clean everyone’s hands as soon as you enter. Of course, if you would prefer to wash your hands please go straight to the bathroom. We will also now have two waiting areas, one inside and one out front.
All Team members / Stylist been set up with hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and other products to keep safe. We are communicating with our team every day and if anyone has any signs of being sick, they are asked to stay home and remain home for 48 hours thereafter. If you have any symptoms or are in self isolation, please make us aware before arriving.
PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF
1. You or a member of your household have/had any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
2. If you or a member of your household have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 30 days.
3. If you or a member of your household have been knowingly exposed to COVID-19 even if you do not have symptoms.
4. If you or a member of your household have traveled outside the country to an area considered a hot spot of the virus.
Along with these guidelines we will be wearing a mask and we will ask you to wear a mask during your appointment. We will work around it as best we can.
We will also use a clean cape with each customer. We value your questions and all your concerns. We will all get through this together. And we can’t wait to see you again!
